Senior Designer

• Responsible for the creation of all creative assets across the business - from paid social assets, through to internal marketing.
• Ensuring all content and marketing collateral created is aligned with brand guidelines.
• Working with the marketing team to deliver creative for email, competition, marketing, and social assets in accordance with the marketing plan
• Working alongside the ecommerce and product teams to produce content and assets for the Awesome website, as well as sub-brands and customers.
• Working with suppliers and internal teams to develop and launch new products in accordance with product plans and business strategies.
• Creating designs, prototyping products, choosing suppliers/product finishes, and working out production viability of new products.
• Creating product templates and assets for customer use for new and existing products, along with artwork specs for the website product pages.
• Working alongside VIP team to create merchandise design solutions for local to global clients. Taking existing assets or creating moodboards and complete custom designs as required.
• Able to work to tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of print and production processes, limitations across a wide variety of product.
